In accordance with the Decennial Committees on Local Government Efficiency Act (50 ILCS 70/), the Richmond Township Fire Protection District establishes a Decennial Committee to review the District’s operations, governance, and efficiency. The Committee prepares and submits a report to the Board of Trustees with findings and any recommendations, as required by Illinois law.
