Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP)
The Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP) allows residents to voluntarily provide important information that may assist fire and EMS personnel during an emergency. This information can be accessed by responders prior to arrival to help them better prepare to assist individuals at the location.
Established under Public Act 96-0788 (430 ILCS 132/), the program is designed to support individuals with special needs or disabilities and to help ensure safe, effective emergency response.
All information provided is confidential, used only for emergency response purposes, and expires after two (2) years unless renewed. Participation in the program does not result in preferential treatment.
Residents may enroll, update, or renew their information at any time by submitting a Premise Alert registration form, available at District fire stations or by contacting the Richmond Township Fire Protection District office during normal business hours.
